Ministries
Here at Journey we are encourage each one to connect and find their own place to serve. By connecting to one of these ministries, you will find like-minded individuals who are passionate about reaching one more for Jesus!
Our prayer ministry strengthens the church, encourages those in need, fosters unity among believers, and deepens faith by seeing God’s power at work. It is often a behind-the-scenes but powerful force that upholds the mission of the church.
Journey Kids Ministry exists to see every child who attends grow in their knowledge and relationship with Jesus Christ in a fun, loving, and caring environment.
Students

In response to the Good News of Jesus, Journey Student Ministries exists to cultivate this generation of Christ Followers to live the gospel and transform the world one person at a time.
Life Groups

Life groups are a key aspect of our church community. They are hosted in homes and church facilities, meeting regularly for study & prayer together. We try to keep them small (about 12 people) or break them up into tables for larger settings, so that people can grow closer in their relationship.
Women's Ministry

The Women's Ministry of Journey (Journey Women) serves and supports people, and focuses on growing deeper relationships through life groups & ministry teams. The goal for women's ministry is to demonstrate the heart of Jesus by loving each other (one-at-a-time), and loving God (all-of-the-time).
Men's Ministry

Two are better than one, Because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, one will lift up his companion. But woe to him who is alone when he falls, For he has no one to help him up. Though one may be overpowered by another, two can withstand him. And a threefold cord is not quickly broken. Eccl. 4:9-10,12
Our Journey Men work to give one another courage and wisdom in leading their families, impacting their work and community, and growing their faith.
Celebrate Recovery

Living in a broken world we all deal with life’s hurts, hang-ups, and habits. No one has the ability, nor should they attempt to face their hurts on their own. Celebrate Recovery is a beautiful community of strugglers that courageously enter this safe and beautiful space to get honest about our pain, and the negative ways we may see ourselves, God and others.
Griefshare

Griefshare is a program designed to help people going through a season of loss, equipping them with tools to navigate the loss, as well as providing a safe place for people to share their grief, and find encouragement.
This cycle begins with a short orientation on September 8, 2024 and concludes December 15, 2024. You are also encouraged to join us for Surviving the Holidays on Nov. 10 From 8:30-10:30 in Office Suite 103.
